采用IP方式连接数据库服务器老是出错

PHP与数据库安装在不同服务器，但采用IP方式连接数据库服务器老是出错，要么数据信息错误，要么数据库名错误，这系统支持应用与数据库分离吗，不知是哪出问题

    在保证数据库可访问可连接的情况下，数据库信息填正确就可以了，请仔细核对
